These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the creatorera.io website, operated by Sidney Brant Media LLC, doing business as Creator Era (‘we,’ ‘us,’ ‘our’). By using this site, you agree to these Terms.
1. About This Site
This website is the marketing and application site for the CreatorEra 90-Day Accelerator (the ‘Program’). It is for informational purposes and to allow you to learn about and apply for the Program.
2. Enrollment and Program Terms
If you enroll in the Program, your participation is governed by a separate, more detailed Program Terms of Service, presented to you and required for acceptance during checkout on our program platform, Whop. Those Program Terms cover pricing, payment plans, refund policy, the 90-day coaching structure, intellectual property, and other program-specific terms, and take precedence over this page for anything related to your Program enrollment.
3. $5,000 Goal & Continued-Access Commitment
The Program’s goal is for you to earn $5,000 from the type of work taught in the Program. If you meet all the conditions in the full Program Terms of Service (completing assignments, following the roadmap, staying in good standing, and more) and haven’t reached that goal by the end of your 90-day period, we’ll continue coaching you at no extra cost until you do. This is a conditional continued-access commitment, not a guarantee of earnings — see Section 4 below and the full Program Terms for the specific conditions, exclusions, and what ‘continued access’ does and doesn’t include.
4. No Earnings Guarantee
Creator Era does not guarantee that any Participant will earn any specific income, results, or outcome — including the $5,000 goal referenced above — from using this site or enrolling in the Program. Any results referenced on this site, such as student testimonials or income examples, are individual results and are not guaranteed. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
5. Educational Purposes Only
All content on this site and in the Program is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, videos, and branding, is the property of Creator Era and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our permission.
7. Third-Party Platforms
This site and the Program may reference or link to third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Whop. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their policies, availability, or content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creator Era is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

12. SMS Messaging Terms
Sidney Brant Media LLC, doing business as CreatorEra, offers an SMS messaging program for individuals who choose to opt in. Messages may include application follow-ups, responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling assistance, service-related updates, and marketing or promotional communications, based on the messaging categories to which you have consented.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages for the applicable messaging program unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
