   The course is hosted on Whop. By using the platform, you agree to Whop’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Any platform-related issues (payments, access, billing) are subject to Whop's rules.

2. Account Access
   Your access is personal. Do not share, resell, or transfer it. Any misuse may lead to immediate removal without refund.

3. Payment & Refunds
   All sales are final. Payments are processed via Whop. No refunds will be issued unless required under Whop’s policies.

   All videos, templates, and resources are the intellectual property of Creator Era. You are granted access for personal educational use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any materials.

5. Content Updates
   We may add or update content over time, but this is not guaranteed unless stated at purchase.

6. Results Disclaimer
   We make no promises regarding your outcomes. Success depends on your individual work, consistency, and outside factors.

7. Community Rules
   If included, access to any private group comes with basic conduct expectations. Spamming, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will result in a ban without notice or refund.

8. Intellectual Property
   You may not reuse, reproduce, or adapt any part of the Creator Era course to build competing products, services, or training.

9. Termination of Access
   We reserve the right to revoke your access if you breach these terms.
