1. Platform Usage

The course is hosted on Whop. By using the platform, you agree to Whop's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Any platform-related issues (payments, access, billing) are subject to Whop's rules.

2. Account Access

Your access is personal. Do not share, resell, or transfer it. Any misuse may lead to immediate removal without refund.

3. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed via Whop. Except as described under our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee below, all sales are final.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At CreatorEra, we stand behind the quality of our program. If you complete the course in full, pass the quiz, and genuinely implement what is taught — and still feel you haven't received value — we'll issue a full refund, no hard feelings.

This guarantee exists to protect students who do the work. It is not designed as a risk-free way to access course content.

To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:

a) 100% Course Completion You must have completed 100% of the program content, including all modules, lessons, and videos. Completion is tracked automatically through our platform and will be verifiable on our end.

b) Quiz Score of 70% or Above You must have achieved a score of at least 70% on the program quiz. This ensures the material has been genuinely studied and understood, not simply clicked through.

c) Request Submitted Within 7 Days of Purchase Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window are not eligible, regardless of completion status.

d) Proof of Implementation You must provide evidence that you applied the course material, such as:

• Screenshots of your UGC portfolio or profile

• At least 1 brand pitch sent using the methods taught in the program

e) No Prior Refund from CreatorEra This guarantee applies once per customer. If you have previously received a refund from any CreatorEra program, you are not eligible.

f) Account in Good Standing Your account must not have been flagged for violations of these Terms. Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider prior to submitting a refund request automatically voids your eligibility.

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Partial completion of the course content

• A quiz score below 70%

• Requests submitted after the 7-day window

• Purchases made during promotional periods where the guarantee was explicitly excluded

• Add-on products, bonuses, or standalone resources purchased separately

• Situations where the student has already secured a paid brand deal or UGC contract as a direct result of the program

How to Submit a Refund Request

Refund requests must be submitted through your Whop dashboard using the built-in refund request feature. Once your request is received, our team will contact you within 2 business days to collect the required documentation.

Clicking "Request Refund" in Whop is the first step in the process — it does not constitute automatic approval. All requests are reviewed against the eligibility conditions above before a decision is made.

Please be ready to provide: proof of 100% course completion, your quiz results showing a score of 70% or above, proof of implementation, and a brief explanation of why you feel the program did not deliver value.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Course Content

All videos, templates, and resources are the intellectual property of Creator Era. You are granted access for personal educational use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any materials.

5. Content Updates

We may add or update content over time, but this is not guaranteed unless stated at purchase.

6. Results Disclaimer

We make no promises regarding your outcomes. Success depends on your individual work, consistency, and outside factors.

7. Community Rules

If included, access to any private group comes with basic conduct expectations. Spamming, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will result in a ban without notice or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

You may not reuse, reproduce, or adapt any part of the Creator Era course to build competing products, services, or training.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke your access if you breach these terms.
